Spacer additive, which can remove drilling fluid effectively, is able to prevent cement slurry from blending with it. Has thickening effect on cement slurry under certain conditions, therefore, appropriate amount of chemical inert spacing agents should be applied to separate from the cement slurry. Fresh water or mixing water can be applied as chemical inert spacing agent.
• FC-S50S is a type of medium-low temperature spacer, and is compounded by a variety of polymers and synergistic materials.
• FC-S50S has strong suspension and good compatibility. It can effectively isolate drilling fluid and cement slurry when replacing drilling fluid, and prevent production of mixed slurry between drilling fluid and cement slurry.
• FC-S50S has a wide weighting range (from 1.0g/cm3 to 2.2g/cm3). The upper and lower density difference is lees than 0.10g/cm3 after the spacer is still for 24 hours.
